Squat Thrusts with Dumbbell

a)Stand straight with your feet at a shoulder-width position from each other and holding a dumbbell in each hand. The dumbbell needs to be medium weight.

This is what you need to do:
a)Put your back, butt, and head on a wall, leaning slightly as if you were trying to never separate from the wall.
b)Then, put both your hands on the wall over your head, as if you were doing a high-five.
c)To begin, just bend your knees until they form a 90-degree angle while moving your hands to your sides until your elbows match shoulder position.
d)To finish, stay in that position with your knees bent for at least 20 seconds without losing contact with the wall. Then you can go back up again and repeat.
It is important to know that this exercise works great with some weight in your legs, increasing the pressure.
Hip Raise with Barbell
This exercise works great with a barbell or with just some disc weights on your pelvis or legs. Anyways, with enough weight, you will be able to work out both your abs and part of your butt.
The best way to do it is:
a)First, sit on the floor and lean your back against a sturdy bench that doesn’t hurt. Put your feet together and your knees bent.
b)Grab the barbell or the weights and put them on your pelvis. Make sure you choose enough weight to increase the tension.
c)At this position, you will push your hips up, with the weight on the pelvis and making sure you squeeze your butt a little.
d)To finish, just repeat the exercise for at least 15 reps and 3 sets. Remember always to maintain your butt squeezed, and your abs tightened for better results.
